To the oppo who sent me that link, thanks - I'm off to go see a psychologist in the upcoming weeks. Right now, I just hope this works out.

be open and honest. Talk about how you feel, not what you think...that should get the ball rolling.

My best friend offed himself and I waited too long to go talk to a pro. Water under the bridge and all, but my only regret was I didn't do it sooner.

Glad you took some good advice from Oppo. Now you may want to reconsider our mantra of "when in doubt, flat out." :D

Hope things start looking up for you and remember you do have friends here...that are a little weird but we have carpornz!

In therapy, remember the mantra 'you're only as sick as your secrets'. You let them know everything and they'll do everything they can to help.

See about group sessions too. While it's nerve wracking at first, I found hearing the exact experiences I had experienced from someone else to be the most useful thing.
